Physicists call it the fine structure constant, a number close to 137 that describes how strongly light interacts with matter. It is one of the strangest and most studied constants in physics, so precise and so unexplained that Richard Feynman called it one of the greatest mysteries in science.
Billy Phillips saw more than coincidence in that number. He saw a signature, proof that the physical universe and the spiritual universe are not two separate systems, but one, written in two different languages.
