Thirty Days of Healing Day 08

Healing Comes in Waves, Not in a Straight Line

"Spiritual growth is not linear, it breathes."

Today I want to give you one of the most realistic, human and spiritually wise messages about healing:

Healing does not happen the same way every day.
It happens in waves.

Waves of strength. Waves of tiredness. Waves of clarity. Waves of doubt. Waves of energy. Waves of silence. None of it means you are getting worse. None of it means you are failing. None of it means “this is not working”. It only means you are alive, and that your soul and your body are reorganising a great deal of Light at the same time.

Waves Are Part of the Spiritual Process

The Zohar explains that the Light never reveals itself all at once. Why? Because it would be too much Light, and the body could not bear it. So the Light arrives little by little: one day lighter, another more intense; one day full of energy, another asking for more rest. Healing happens like this: a little Light, then integration. More Light, then rest. More Light, then silence. This is not falling back, it is the rhythm of the soul.

Hard Days Do Not Mean You Are Falling Back

The human mind often thinks: “Yesterday I was fine… why is today worse?” But spiritually, there is no “worse”. What exists is: days when Light comes in; days when Light settles; days when Light reorganises what was in the dark; days when the body asks for a pause. This is only the natural cycle of transformation.

The Body Processes Light Over Time

When a large amount of Light arrives (through prayers, meditations, treatments, love or moments of certainty), the body needs time to absorb, adjust, integrate and regenerate. Sometimes that process is quiet. Sometimes it is tiring. Sometimes it stirs up unexpected emotions. But all of it is part of the healing.

You Are Moving Forward, Even When It Looks Still

Rav Berg used to say: “We are never in the same place; either we are rising, or we are preparing to rise.” Even on the hard days, especially on them, your soul is reorganising paths of healing you cannot yet see. Think of a tide: sometimes it pulls back… only to return with more force.

Every Wave Brings Something New

Good days bring gratitude, hope, energy. Hard days bring humility, depth, release, renewal. Each one has value. Each one is moving you toward the Light.

Day 8 Affirmation Calmly, say:

“Healing comes in waves, and I trust each one of them. I am moving forward, even on the quiet days.”

One minute meditation, Breathing With the Waves

Close your eyes. Picture the sea. Watch the waves arriving… and pulling back.

Now match your breath to that movement: breathe in, the wave arrives. Breathe out, the wave pulls back.

Breathe in Light. Breathe out tension.

See your body as that sea: always moving, always alive, always renewing itself.

Say inwardly: “I surrender to the rhythm of my healing.”
