Reflection of the Week · Healing

I Am Enough

By Batya Solomon, teacher at the Kabbalah Centre. True security comes from the Creator, not from control, money, or the walls we build.

Eu Sou Suficiente

During Sukkot, we leave the comfort of our homes and sit beneath the sukkah, remembering that true security comes from the Creator, not from control, money, or the walls we build.

Batya invites us to recognize the silent fear that so many harbor: "What if I don't have enough?" This thought disconnects us from the Light and confuses the 13 frequencies of the Creator, the qualities of Mercy and Abundance that sustain life.

Healing begins with a simple spiritual truth:

I am enough. I have enough. I have enough to share.

When we align thought and emotion with this frequency, we open the flow of blessings. Mistakes cease to be failures and become lessons in disguise. Money returns to being energy in motion, seeking to be elevated through pure intentions. And life transforms from survival into contribution.

Sukkot is the moment to affirm: "I lack nothing. Everything I need for today is already here." And when we reach Simchat Torah, we celebrate by dancing with this consciousness: that every step, every challenge, every particle of reality is exactly what we need to reveal Light.
