A choice of consciousness, judgment dissolves not through willpower, but through the awakening of love. Based on the video by Yehuda Ashkenazi.
Judging is almost automatic, of ourselves, of others, of the world. What few realize is that all judgment arises from a lack: the absence of love, of connection with our essence and with the Light of the Creator.
Kabbalah teaches that it is not enough merely to try "not to judge"; we must go further: to awaken gratitude and love within us. Only then does judgment lose its force, and our energy is transformed.
Subtitled video · Yehuda Ashkenazi
In this study you will find reflections, practices, and a checklist for exchanging the lens of judgment for a compassionate gaze, learning to ask for help and to create space for love to expand.
"If I were able to see the Light within you, I would not judge you."
"The only reason I judge is because of my own limitations."
"Only when love is awakened does judgment vanish in a second. There is no judgment in a place of love."
Suggested practices, do them in whatever order you prefer, repeat as many times as you like:
In true love there is no room for judgment. I ask for strength to expand the love in my heart.
