In Kabbalah, Tu B'Av isn't just "the day of love" on the calendar, it's a cosmic window in which the energy of unconditional love, union and reconciliation is revealed in its purest form. Historically, it was the day the tribes of Israel came together, weddings were celebrated, hostilities dissolved and old decrees of separation were annulled. Spiritually, it's a moment when the Light of the Creator offers us the opportunity to heal internal and external divisions, aligning us with soulmate consciousness, not only in romantic relationships, but in every connection we have. Navigating this day with awareness means seeking union above our differences, sharing words and actions that generate connection, and meditating on removing the shells (klipot) to reveal the Light of true love. This isn't just a day to "feel love", but to create love, recognizing that it's the force that dissolves chaos and connects us to our highest purpose.
| Moment | Practice | Purpose | Tip |
|---|---|---|---|
| Before sunset | Reflect and dress in light colors: ask "What keeps me from loving fully?" and wear white or light colors. | Prepare the heart to receive the day's energy. | Set the intention: "I will create and expand love over the next 24 hours." |
| During the night | Study and a silent act: join a study or meditation focused on union and do one silent act of love. | Open inner space for the Light of connection. | Meditate on the shells sinking to the bottom of the sea. |
| During the day | Gratitude and bridges: express gratitude to at least 3 people; avoid criticism and choose bridge-building words. | Reinforce the initial intention and influence the collective. | Remember: every act of love echoes beyond you. |
| Closing the day | Journal and prayer: write down "How did I create more love today?" and say a prayer of gratitude. | Seal the energy and keep it active in the days ahead. | Re-read your answer the next morning. |
"I am a channel of love and unity. My Light dissolves blockages and connects hearts."
"May I open my heart to give and receive true love."
Practice these steps to fully draw on the energy of Tu B'Av, and bring proactive love, the healing of the klipot and the reconnection of hearts into your life. May the Light guide every moment.
