• Mission 1: Did I choose the Light over impulse, pausing to breathe before reacting and asking whether this action brings more separation or more connection?
• Mission 2: Did I turn fear into trust, repeating inwardly "Ani Lo Ira, I shall not fear, for the Light is with me"?
• Mission 3: Did I stay on the path, resisting shortcuts and momentary pleasures for a more lasting joy?
• Mission 4: Did I practice true giving and care, one act of daily help without expecting anything in return?
• Mission 5: Did I practice active gratitude, listing small things I'm grateful for and saying thanks out loud?
