"A single spark of your soul holds infinite Light."
On some days, the challenge feels enormous and you feel small. The illness fills the conversations, the thoughts, the schedule, and it is easy to forget who you are beyond it.
Kabbalah comes to remind you of exactly the opposite: illness is small next to the greatness of your soul. The Zohar teaches that the soul is a spark of the Infinite itself, a part of the Creator living inside you. The body has measurements, tests, numbers. The soul has no measurement at all. And it is who you truly are.
Today, the invitation is to change your point of view: instead of looking at the challenge and feeling small, look from the soul, and see the challenge at its real size.
The body can weaken, but the soul remains whole, luminous, untouched. Kabbalah teaches that the soul has levels, and the deepest ones stay in permanent contact with the Light, beyond the reach of any illness. No test measures the soul. No diagnosis reaches it. No challenge is big enough to dim that Light. The most essential part of you is, at this exact moment, perfectly healthy.
Fear tries to convince you it is bigger than you. It is not. Fear shouts, but it does not have the strength it appears to have, it is a shadow, and shadows grow or shrink according to the light that is lit. When you reconnect with your soul, the challenge returns to its real size, and you notice the immense strength that was always there inside you.
When you look at a mountain from the valley, it seems impossible. When you look from above, the path appears. Kabbalah teaches that the soul sees from above: it sees the challenge as a chapter, not as the whole story. In the tight moments, try asking: "How does my soul see this moment?" The answer almost always comes with more Light than fear allowed you to see.
You do not need to become strong. You already are. Healing, often, is simply remembering who you always were underneath the tiredness and the fear: a soul of infinite Light. All the greatness you need to get through this chapter was already placed inside you before it even began.
“My soul is greater than any challenge. I carry a Light nothing can put out.”
Close your eyes. Breathe deeply.
Picture, at the centre of your chest, a small golden flame.
With every breath, it grows, taller, brighter, stronger.
See that Light filling your whole body and overflowing around you.
And say inwardly: “I am vast. I am Light.”
