"The body speaks what the soul has not yet put into words."
Healing does not happen only in the flesh. It happens in the heart.
Kabbalah teaches that many illnesses begin on an emotional level: feelings kept inside, pain left unspoken, tears that stayed trapped. The Zohar explains that body and soul are not two separate worlds, they are one single vessel. When an emotion stays locked away too long, it takes up space where Light should be moving through, and the body, which listens to everything, begins to express what the soul was never given permission to say.
That is why healing the body often begins with giving yourself permission to feel. It is not weakness. It is not drama. It is opening the windows of a house that stayed shut too long, so air and Light can move through it again.
Today, you do not need to be strong all the time. You need to be true.
Tears are not weakness, they are release. The Zohar teaches that water dissolves what has hardened, and the sages say that even when every gate of heaven closes, the gates of tears remain open. Crying is a form of prayer without words. When you cry, you let the Light reach places fear had locked away. Every tear carries off a weight the body no longer needed to hold. If the crying comes today, do not hold it back, let the water do its work.
There are moments when there is no need to speak, explain or understand. Only breathe. Silence is where the soul reorganises itself, the way a seed grows in silence, under the ground, before any shoot appears. In these moments the body slows, the heart settles, and the Light works at deep layers. Allow yourself to rest inside the silence, without guilt, without hurry. You are not doing nothing, you are letting the soul put the house in order.
What the soul does not put into words, the body carries. That is why naming what you feel is an act of healing: saying "I am afraid", "I am tired", "I am sad", to someone you trust, to a notebook, or in a quiet voice to the Creator. Kabbalah teaches that the word has the power to create and to free. The moment pain is named, it stops being a hidden weight and becomes something the Light can reach.
Laughing heals too. A moment of lightness opens the chest, relaxes the body and invites life back in. It is not taking what you are living through lightly, it is remembering that joy is still yours, even now. The sages teach that joy breaks down barriers: wherever laughter enters, fear loses ground. A light film, a funny memory, a good conversation: all of it is medicine arriving through another door.
“I allow myself to feel. Every emotion I release opens space for the Light.”
Close your eyes. Breathe deeply.
With every breath out, release something heavy, a fear, a tension, a stored-up tear.
With every breath in, welcome something gentle, warmth, peace, presence.
Feel your chest growing lighter, more open, more free.
And say inwardly: “To feel is the beginning of healing.”
